I live my life with purpose and passion – it’s why I teach Zumba. I love dancing, moving and losing myself in the music. These are the moments I live for and I want to share these moments with you. I’m especially proud to be part of a community that helps motivate people to be active – one dance at a time! 

Zumba is a full body workout that targets all your muscles while the intensity strengthens your heart, lungs and vascular system while melting stress away.  

The super friendly atmosphere, contagious energy and music, is all the motivation you need to keep coming back. It doesn’t matter if you’re young, old, have two left feet, are overweight, underweight, in a wheelchair or need a chair, anyone can join my class. You don’t have time for: “I can’t dance and have no coordination.” or “What will others think?”  Turn “I can’t” into “I can and I will.”  

I am your Zumba instructor. I don’t put on a show, I teach people how to dance and stay fit while having fun. My mission is to help motivate and inspire you, to boost your mood and make sure you leave my class feeling happier and healthier!
